Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming HVAC materials, parts, and equipment

• Stage and prepare materials for installation and service teams

• Assist with regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

• Track inventory movement and report discrepancies

• Load/unload trucks using hand carts, dollies, and (if certified) forklifts

Delivery Driver Duties

• Safely deliver HVAC equipment, parts, and materials to job sites and technicians

• Document deliveries, obtain signatures, and ensure accurate materials handling

• Maintain delivery logs and communication with office or dispatch teams

• Support equipment returns, warranty pick-ups, and vendor deliveries

• Operate company vehicles responsibly and perform basic vehicle safety checks

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly (HVAC equipment, furnaces, AC units, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred

• Basic understanding of tools, materials, and equipment used in HVAC (preferred but not required)

• Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to be trained/certified)

• Comfortable using mobile apps for delivery confirmations or inventory tasks
